Mangadragon.net – After a two-week hiatus, Black Clover is back and better than ever! For fans of the series, these two weeks have been a painful wait, especially after chapter 343’s shocking cliffhanger. But not to worry the series is back, and with it come answers to just how screwed the Land of Sun truly is!

Chapter 343 Recap
Before we jump into spoilers for chapter 344 let’s do a quick recap of what went down in the most recent chapter of the series, titled, ‘Black On Black.’ Be sure to read the chapter yourself, you can find it for free, and officially down below!
However, Ichika fully expects this and decides to follow up with a physical attack. Landing the hit Ichika, one of the most powerful fighters of the strange new continent continues this attack with a downward strike. This time summoning Demon Detroyer Asta successfully cancels out Ichika’s attack, leaving the two still for a second. Understanding that they are matched in terms of magic and skills they both decide to finish this with Zetten.
Asta comments that with just a little bit more time he can fully master the Zetten technique. However, it seems time is up because as Ryuya notes with his clairvoyance, Lucius’s Paladins have touched down in the Land of the Sun.
Chapter 344 Spoilers
Now that we are all caught up, let’s dive right into chapter 344. Warning, however, some raws for the upcoming chapter are already out, so there are confirmed spoilers below; you have been warned.
The chapter seems to start off with a flashback of Lucius Zogratis talking with none other than Morris the mastermind behind the Dark Triad’s plans. Reaching out Lucius heals all of Morris’ injuries, growing an entire arm and leg, however, he doesn’t stop there. Lucius has, as he promised, also begun to revive his siblings the Dark Triad. At this point Lucius is essentially playing god, I mean he has a throne chair with a giant cross on it and is reviving people.
Tasked with her mission, Sister Lily takes one other Paladin, Heath Grice, a revived Eye of the Midnight Sun member and one of the first enemies Asta took down. When the two of them arrive in the Land of Sun they are shocked to see an empty village and no sign of life. Perhaps Ryuya had warned the people of the village and had them relocated. While hovering over the town, Heath turns around and destroys what looks to be a shrine or seal of sorts, freeing a five-headed dragon of myths.
Is he truly the strongest or is he bluffing? And will the Ryuzen Seven pull through against two paladins and a five-headed dragon? We’ll just have to wait till next week to find out in the pages of chapter 345!
Release Date
Black Clover chapter 344 is expected to release on Sunday, November 27th, 2022. As of the writing of this article, there have been no announced delays to the upcoming chapter.
Meaning that the official English release of Black Clover will most likely stick to the schedule and release as usual.
